Please note that we offer the facility to pre-order products but this is not a guarantee that we will be able to fulfill the amount requested. Many of our products see a surge in demand close to release date when stock is already en-route. In this event we allocate the stock based upon when customers have placed reservations

Confirmed Pre-orders
You may be contacted by our sales team shortly before a product is due into stock to verify if the volume that you have pre ordered is confirmed. When the pre order has been confirmed, this is classed as a firm order and cannot be reduced. In the instance that a confirmed pre order is not taken, Bliss Distribution Limited will not accept future pre orders on your account.

Credit cards (UK Only)
We accept Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch and Maestro debit cards with no extra charges and also Visa & Mastercard orders (with a 2% surcharge). Please note that Solo cards are no longer accepted by our card processing company, our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
We will only ship orders to the registered address on the credit card or to a bona fide registered retail premises for your first order, subsequent orders can be delivered to alternative addresses if required.

Secure ordering
All personal details and credit card numbers are protected using 256 bit encryption and stored on a secure server. This ensures complete security and peace of mind. When entering your credit card details you will see a small padlock in the bottom of your browser window. Even when full in the knowledge that credit/debit card transactions are 100% safe when using our site some customers prefer not to enter their details online, if this is you, do not worry, simply choose the payment option phone with your card details and put a note in order notes asking our accounts dept to give you a call for your card number.

Other payment options
You can pay by sterling cheque (five working days from receipt to clear), cash over any Post Office counter or via Pay Pal to (subject to a 4% charge).
N.B. if paying by Paypal, your first order must be delivered to the confirmed Paypal address (only Paypal customers in Canada, UK & USA have the option of confirming their Paypal address).

All initial orders received from outside of the UK must be prepaid before your order ships by bank transfer or PayPal (please see Paypal notes above) It may be possible for bona fide overseas traders to pay via debit or credit after their initial order & applicable security checks have been carried out

When paying via PayPal, we will only ship items to a PayPal Confirmed Address - only Paypal customers in Canada, UK & USA have the option of confirming their Paypal address. There is also a 4% surcharge for PayPal payments. If paying by either Paypal or bank transfer we would prefer you wait until our accounts confirm your total before sending any money.

You can also pay by cheque providing a Sterling cheque for the full invoice amount is sent (takes 5 days from receipt for a cheque to clear). We would prefer you wait until our accounts confirm your total before sending any money.

We strongly recommend all our overseas customers use our preferred Foreign Exchange company to transfer your funds. If you use IFX, payments hit our account within 24 hours for only a £10 charge, which means your stock can be despatched much quicker from our warehouse!!

Real time order tracking & email confirmations
You can view the status of your current & previous orders at any time by logging into your account and clicking on 'View Your Previous Orders'. Here you will also find your tracking number & a link to our courier’s website - DPD, should you wish to track your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail informing you your order has been despatched within five minutes of your order leaving our warehouse. This will contain a tracking number.

All accounts are automatically allocated an account manager who will have an in depth knowledge of all of our products/services and would be delighted to answer any questions (phone or e-mail) or take your order over the phone if required. Complaints, how can we improve?
We really want to make buying from us a fast and friendly experience and then get your order delivered correctly, quickly and in excellent condition. Unfortunately we sometimes get it wrong. When we do, we welcome your feedback so that we are aware of the problem and can get to work fixing it as soon as possible. Returns Policy
If you recieve an order that is damaged, this must be reported within 1 working day. Please ensure that all products remain sealed and all packaging is retained. A member of the team will run through the procedure in order to either replace or credit the damaged items.

If you are in receipt of faulty goods, please retain the stock and contact our sales team who will advise further.

For any items ordered in error/ unwanted items this must be reported within 7 working days, a 15% restocking fee applies and postage is at the customers expense.

Postage Problems
We ship by three methods, usually either DPD, Palletways or Fed Ex. Should you think that your item has taken longer than expected to arrive, we have the following procedure before replacements/refunds are considered:

  • DPD & Palletways: We can enter into the process of replacement/refund only after three working days following the date of despatch from our warehouse
  • Fed Ex: We can enter into the process of replacement/refund only after six working days following the date of despatch from our warehouse
